• Parking Options. Please plan ahead for parking!
1.) For your convenience we have a private and free parking lot located on the side of our building. This can be accessed from Route 27 / Middlesex Avenue. This is a first come first serve parking reserved for our clients ONLY.
2.) The closest public parking is the Pearl Street Parking LOT located at 54 Pearl Street. You can walk through along side chase bank.
3.) Pearl Street Parking Deck.
4.) Free street parking is available on Route 27/ Middlesex avenue North Bound. Starting at the Franklin School House.
• Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Kindly provide a 48 hour notice for cancellations. This gives us an opportunity to fill in the time slot with another potential guest. No Shows or Cancellations outside of our policy will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the services reserved.
• Confirmation Policy
Our automated system will remind you of your reservation 7 days before your appointment. Confirmations requesting your response are sent out 5 days prior to your appointment. Lastly, 72-48 hours before your appointment our reservations department will call/text unconfirmed appointments. Please contact us if you need assistance with setting up your text or email notifications preferences. Confirming your reservation is required to avoid deletion.
• Pricing Policy
Pricing is quoted as an estimate with a starting price. Every service is allocated a specific product and time allowance. Should the allocated product or time allowance exceed additional fees will apply.
• Level Pricing
We are proud to offer a diverse and talented team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Our service providers are distinguished within a level system based on their experience, advanced education, demand and tenor. This structure allows us to better meet the individual needs of our clients while acknowledging the varying expertise of our team.
Our levels range from New Emerging Talent to Level 5. As levels increase, both the provider’s experience and service pricing reflect that growth. Please note that levels are not indicative of a stylist's ability to perform specialty services. Speciality services are unique to each service provider and are not determined by level. Whether you are with a rising talent or a seasoned service provider, you will receive an elevated service tailored to your needs.
• Gratuities/Tips
Thank you for showing your appreciation! Our stylists work hard to assure you are looking and feeling your best! Gratuities/tips can be left in cash. We cannot charge or add gratuities/tips to credit cards.
• Client Forms
Please complete your client forms prior to your arrival. Your client form will inform us of any allergies or special accommodations that we should be made aware of. Your client form is specifically tailored to the services that you reserved.
• GO GREEN with our Eco-Fee!
An Eco-fee of $2.00 will be calculated in your bill upon checkout. This fee covers the costs of sending your salon wastes, which includes hair clippings, products and/or excess chemicals, during your visit to get re-purposed. Sustainable beauty is our mission in igniting and supporting a greener world!

We currently accept all major credit cards, cash and afterpay.

• Minor Policy
We do not service any children under the age of 9. Clients 9 - 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of service. A minor consent form is required before the start of service. For the safety of our guests and to ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that minors not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
• Credit Card Authorization Form
A credit card authorization form is required for any party who is not using their own form of payment.
• We love Specialty Fashion Colors/Color Corrections!
Consultations are required prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure that we are 100% prepared for your transformation. Virtual consultations are available.
• Retail Policy
All retail purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
